Tricky Policy Changes Handled Perfectly

Friendly, approachable service!

Tania and Jasmin has been so friendly during my contact with them. Tania helped me find suitable cover to help me with my dog grooming van and Jasmin has been great aftercare, she’s patient and friendly. Both the girls are! Great Customer Service

I have spoken to 1st Choice Insurance a few times over the past couple of days and on both occasions Rachel and Maisie have been extremely helpful going above and beyond with trying their best to assist me with my query. They both knew exactly what I was speaking about, there is obviously good communication within their office. They both have great interpersonal skills and I really appreciate everything they have done for me to date. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 1st Choice to my friends and family.
