Tricky Policy Changes Handled Perfectly

We needed to make some changes to our micro-fleet insurance cover which Aviva were a little resistant to. But 1st Choice represented us very well and Lucy Courtney got the required changes over the line at no extra cost. Very happy with the outcome! Reviewed on: 11th October 2023

Friendly, approachable service!

Tania and Jasmin has been so friendly during my contact with them. Tania helped me find suitable cover to help me with my dog grooming van and Jasmin has been great aftercare, she’s patient and friendly. Both the girls are! Great Customer Service

I have spoken to 1st Choice Insurance a few times over the past couple of days and on both occasions Rachel and Maisie have been extremely helpful going above and beyond with trying their best to assist me with my query. They both knew exactly what I was speaking about, there is obviously good communication within their office. They both have great interpersonal skills and I really appreciate everything they have done for me to date. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 1st Choice to my friends and family. Great Property Insurance. 3 Years With Them.
