I stumbled on 1st by accident when looking for my new trade insurance. I have always hated this chore every year but i was pleasantly surprised by level of professionalism and courtesy from these guys nothing was ever too much trouble. One of the easiest vehicle insurers I have ever dealt with

We have contacted 1st choice getting quotes and making changes to our fleet insurance over the last couple of months. It has been so easy and quick to do, every email I've sent has been replied to within a couple of hours. Lucy Courtney has been absolutely great dealing with our changes, within 20 minutes Lucy gave me a quote for a new vehicle (which I accepted), added the vehicle to our policy and emailed me the new documents, I've never had an insurer be that 'on the ball' EVER! Would I recommend 1st Choice?, based on my experience with them to date 'YES DEFINITELY'. Reviewed on: 18th September 2023
