I called 1st Choice and spoke with Gemma after another insurance provider had let me down. After listening to my situation and taking my requirements, Gemma was able to work quickly to get me a suitable insurance policy in place. Telephoned to add a vehicle to our fleet insurance. Spoke to Claire. Really easy to run through and didn't take long to get the quote. Claire kept the details on file so that, when I telephoned two days later on vehicle collection, her colleague Jas was able to process the add on quickly for me. Very happy. I was searching for an insurance company that would be able to fit the needs to cover my converted dog grooming van. After numerous rejections thankfully I found Tania and she was more than brilliant, was really positive from the start of the phone call and it was a very relaxed conversation. She knew exactly what type of vehicle I had and knew exactly what type of cover I needed.
