Insurance renewal

We have been using 1st Choice insurance for a number of years now with our direct contact beingJoe Chadd. Joe and his team always offer a 5 star service, are very responsive to any queries and always endeavour to make sure we have the best possible cover for the best price. The personal touch

Many years ago I always had an insurance broker who took away the stresses of dealing with multiple policies, since the internet and comparison web sites it has been more difficult got talk to a real person and when things go wrong even more so. for the last two years I have been with 1st Choice with many of my insurances, for the first time I can now once again talk to a real person to explain exactly what I want and on every occasion that is exactly what I have got, if I need to change anything a little further down the road then a phone call is all it takes and I can speak to the same person I dealt with before, perfect, the prices are comparable and on many occasions significantly better, I would not hesitate whatsoever to continue to deal with 1st choice as they give me exactly the service I have wanted for a long time without the hassle, I very rarely leave reviews but on this occasion it is thoroughly deserved, all I would say is give them a call, you have nothing to lose but you will enjoy the personal touch regardless. Getting fully comprehensive insurance for my business was easy and reassuring

I’m a wedding florist and one of my fellow florist friends recommended 1st choice insurance to me. I dealt with Tania who was so lovely and knowledgeable throughout the experience. I felt comfortable asking questions on anything I was unsure on and all the terms were explained really thoroughly. I was asked plenty of questions on my business, my premises and how I work so that the insurance cover could be tailored to my business. By the end of it I felt confident that I was covered for everything I needed to be covered for, and that I wouldn’t be paying over the odds for cover I didn’t need. I was also able to put the cover on finance which (being a new business) helped a lot in the short term. I don’t often leave reviews but when I’ve had a particularly good experience I feel obliged to, and I would genuinely recommend 1st Choice Insurance to anyone looking for business insurance. Brilliant service and expert advice

Sylvia is my contact at 1st Choice who i've dealt with for many years and she & her team have always provided exceptional service when dealing with difficult scenarios and they do this with a smile on their faces. When dealing with finance, it can be drawn out but they manage to make it enjoyable working with them.
