Unfortunately my range rover was stolen and I had to claim on my trade policy. It wasn't a straight forward claim and the underwriters were dragging their heels. I was having some trouble with my new insurance company accepting a document previously provided by first choice insurance. After hours of phone calls with my new insurance company I contacted first choice and ended up speaking to Lucy Courtney who went above and beyond to help me and resolve my issue. I cannot praise 1st Choice enough. I have had a few changes to my policy and each time I have needed to call, the call has been answered straight away. It is has been incredibly easy to make changes, everything has been explained very clearly, and documents arrive in my email within minutes of ending the call. Absolutely excellent.
