Avoid, avoid avoid!

Cheating, lying company who is money hungry. Completely unproffesional with their interactions with customers. They would happily leave you waiting on the phone for 3 hours with no one picking up. They invent fees out of thin air. My policy started at £1,400 for the year it ended up being £2,500 and I was forced to pay every pain staking month of that or else they would void my insurance. I wasn't told there would be an excess on the phone. So when the time came when I had a crash and needed to claim they said there was a £1,300 excess. WTF. just wtf. STAY AWAY! HEED MY WORDS. Avoid this nonce of a company

Trying to accuse customers of manipulating data then saying customers are failing validation for address? Am I an alien in that case? My address should be in mars or something. They false advertise prices online then charge extra e.g. £3500 on money supermarket with them it’s £5000 there discount they so proudly offer comes to £4500. £1000 extra what a joke avoid this company absolutely b.s Reviewed on: 5th March 2018

Time wasters

I was on the phone to what sounded like a young girl with an attitude, They had promised me £1121 on a quote all day, but then they had to finalise it and do a small credit check which takes 2 hours for some reason, I rang up 3 times to eventually get put through to this young girl again, she told me everythings done and finalised, price has come out at £2600, I said are you actually joking me? she told me that the price has gone up £1500 because of 3 things, 1. Job title, 2. Commuting, 3. car value dropped, for 1 I had already mentioned to her to not put me down as a warehouse person as it jumps up by £600, I said take off commuting, I won't drive to work If it has gone up that much, she said no and then told me the insurer wouldn't believe me (I'm lying basically) I couldn't believe she had the cheek to say that, then as for number 3. my car value has dropped by £200, as for her grabbing £1500 out her arse to throw on top of the price is just absolute bollocks, Told her she's done nothing but waste my time, But I can't expect much of her working on the phones for a basic backstreet insurance company on £5 an hour with a good rate of commission as soon as they rip people off, I will never ever reccomend this company to anyone, I will say nothing but bad things in my life to come. poor service

These guys I'm afraid are clueless! There gave me inflated prices and gave little information and sought to phone me every other day to ask if I was still interested in the quotes. Even saying no did not deter them to keep calling me which I thought was rather silly as I told them initially no Reviewed on: 24th December 2016
