1. Good customer service from friendly staff2. Savings applications forms feel heavyweight, especially when just renewing 3. (Free) electronic payments or maturity would be much better than cheques 4. Higher rates - 2.5% is the absolute minimum I can save at, and any interest rate rises much be passed on.
