It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

We have been using craft insure for quite a number of years. I find this excellent company, we have recommended craft insure to friends. Also we had to make a claim as another boat damaged ours, they were so good, took it out of our hands, and we were paid quite quickly. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025

undertsanding Normal people.

Boat grounding

I had a nasty grounding in my boat damaging the running gear and I had no problems whatsoever in getting it sorted through Craft Insure. I had recommended a friend to join Craft Insure and they had a similar experience. They are good to their word. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
