It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Hard credit searches on renewal. Not OK.

Despite renewing my insurance with you, after changing to Ripe you ran a hard credit search in order to pay the insurance by monthly instalments which negatively impacted my credit score that was previously excellent. Absolute joke. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
