It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I do not expect to be told to keep ringing to pay for renewal to spend ages on hold time and time again. On request for craftinsure to ring me to collect payment i was told they are way too busy to ring a customer to renew- livid. Eventually paid on line Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
