It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Craftinsure is a fantastic company. I come from a boating family and every member of my family trusts craftinsure to keep our boats and belongings safe. They are great value for money and are by far the cheapest out there. With craft insure you get great coverage for a very reasonable and affordable price. We would never go anywhere else. Great cover and good price. Perfect insurance for my boat and just what I need. Not had any dealings with customer service or any claims so unable to comment there. However it is just the right cover for my soft inflatable boat, which allows it to be launched at places which require insurance to. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025

Always quick to answer the phone (by a human). Specialist knowledge that gives me confidence. Despite not yet having to claim on my dinghy insurance, I am sure that if and when I do need to any issue will be dealt with quickly and sympathetically. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
