It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Long time customer, and always been treated very well.

We have been with Craftinsure for nearly 10 years, they gave us great advice and a good price right from the start. Each year the message us with a reminder and the price for the coming year. They have always offered the best deal. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025

We have been using craft insure for quite a number of years. I find this excellent company, we have recommended craft insure to friends. Also we had to make a claim as another boat damaged ours, they were so good, took it out of our hands, and we were paid quite quickly. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
