It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Let’s be honest, nobody enjoys buying insurance. But Craftinsure do make the process literally as easy as it could be, both in terms of time saving and cost saving. Since moving to Rape they've become untrustworthy.

Since moving over to the new company Rape they've become a typical insurance company, trying to rip you off at any chance given. When you have to argue and speak to a manager to confirm something that is written in black and white but the company tries to default on. Used to be decent but really have to watch out for them now.
