It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I was awarded the value of a claim last year ,after an accident on my boat and made repairs .I was very happy to renew my policy with craft insure .Although sone complications arise due to the change in company name to Ripe,I found office staff very helpful and all is sorted now, apart from another issue with an electrical fault ,thanks Adam Reviewed on: 6th October 2025

Craftinsure...every time.

I've been on a narrowboat for 15 years now and have always insured with Craftinsure. As with all insurance, I shop around every year but with narrowboat insurance, it is not easy to do so because every other company requires a phone call or has a website which is difficult to navigate, and therefore obtaining a simple quote is a time consuming exercise. The Craftinsure experience is much easier. Whenever I have undertaken the rigamarole of extensive research, I have also found Craftinsure to be more than cost-effective. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
