It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Sail write off made good!

I made a claim on a damaged sail. The repair was going to cost £600, a new sail was £1650. I explained that a repaired sail would not perform as well as the damaged sail did before the damage. Craftinsure agreed to ‘split the difference’ and a settlement of £1000 which I was very satisfied with. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026

Craftinssure got it sorted.

The only time I needed to call on Craftinssure followed a broken mast a few days before an event that I was looking forward to competing in, in 2021. With less than a week to resolve the matter over a considerable distance Craftinsure had the matter in hand and the problem resolved with days to spare. The feeling of a problem being insurmountable, then being readily resolved was elevating indeed. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026

Craftinsure let you know in ample time when the next year's premiums are due.The company don't put up they're premiums up automatically every year like some insurance companies. I have been with them for 15years and have always been happy with their service. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026
