It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I had an accident, not my fault, very soon after taking out the policy. Repairs were done at no cost to me, and no increase in my premium. All very good. The only issue I had was that they didn’t tell me what they were doing. I had to ask the boat repairer if he had been paid. He had been , in good time Reviewed on: 6th October 2025

Lost Outboard

I had only been with Craftinsure a year before I lost my outboard from the back of my dinghy as the transom plate broke. They kindly reimbursed me for the engine without any quibbles. An excellent and supportive service. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
