It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

You won’t find cheaper insurance!

We have had both of our boats insured with Craftinsure now and would never go to any other company! My family are also boaters and use Craftinsure for their own boats. A friend of ours unfortunately had to make a claim from Craftinsure after another boat crashed into them. They paid out quickly and the premium increased only very slightly upon renewal! Straightforward competitive Boat insurance company.

I’ve been with Craftinsure many years now they always give a fair competitive quotes and they used to offer interest-free instalments which unfortunately since they’ve been taken over by Ripe this is no longer the case which is a little bit of a negative if I’m honest. but that aside, whenever I’ve needed them they’ve been there.
