It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I didn't really have an "experience". I contacted the company some years ago; my craft was insured immediately and renewal has been automatic every year since. If I remember aright I was directed to Craftinsure by the GP14 Association. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2026

First Class Craft Insurance for anything Nautical

Always able to meet the needs of the customer, even to the point of tailoring a policy to customer requirements. Superb service from everyone, and very good communication from all of the Staff. We have been very lucky to have found a positive thinking Company,which puts the customer first. Brilliant all round. Six years with Craftinsure and absolutely no regrets. Thanks to everyone.
