It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

We've been with Craftinsure for more than 20 years and at all times have been completely satisfied with the service. We made one claim early on when our boat was broken into and received a payment to cover the damage without the slightest problem. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
