It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

We have had two boats insured with Craftinsure since 2007. We have just one claim and the repairs and payout were seamless, staff sowed genuine concern fo rthe vandalism of our boat. The premiums don't escalate every year. Every query is answered efficiently. I recommend them to any new boat owners we meet. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I started using Craftinsure 16 years ago.

I started using craft insure 16 years ago as it was cheaper and easier to use than than my old insurer, since then I have recommended Craftinsure to many boater friends of mine. I once had a small problem with my bankcard and they phoned me and sorted out my problem straight away with no problems, if I was offered a lower premium with another company I would stay with Craftinsure as I have full confidence in them. I had my boat stolen from my home, Craftinsure paid up in full. 4 years later I came across the boat up for sale !. I contacted Craftinsure who said they will be retrieving it after the Police have seized it. As the saying goes one good turn deserves an other. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
