It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

They have provided excellent cover.

They have provided excellent cover. When I had a claim, they sorted it with great professionalism and help to get the boat back in the water. Even when later, it became evident there was another piece of equipment which was water damaged, they immediately covered it. Great. I will always stay loyal to Craftinsure.
