It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I'm new to the world of small craft ownership and enjoyment. Craft insure offered very clear guidance on the insurance required and offered a very simple payment process with ready availability to deal with any questions. Excellent and simple. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Always had good experience with Craftinsure, I've used them for a number of years now. Had a claim about 20 years ago and that was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and I was back on the water in less than a week. I can't comment about the claims process now. I was concerned when they were taken over by Ripe that my premiums would significantly increase, but was pleasantly surprised to find the renewal was the cheapest and offered comparative cover to other providers.
