It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Used Craftinsure for over 20 years, two accidents/claims in that time, both dealt with very quickly and professionally with no real loss of time sailing.
