It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Craft insure - no1 provider

Craft insure was the third insurer I contacted for a scouts safety boat insurance…. Previous two companies were either not interested or did not understand the use for the boat. Craftinsure were very helpful and efficient and our scout group was set up with the relevant policy cover. There was a restriction which was explained to us to ensure we operated within the terms of the policy. Great company to deal with and very efficient so will definitely be returning for future covers. Reviewed on: 17th July 2026

I have never needed to claim but have appreciated the clear messaging with key information. Renewal has been smooth and price is competitive.
