It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Craftinsure - great policies and reasonable costs

The T's and C's of the Craftinsure policy are reasonable as is the cost. Having needed to consult them on a situation in respect of a claim against a third party not only did they provide me with excellent feedback on the case but they supported me in getting the third party insurers to pay for the damage with no cost to me.
