It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Zero effort to insure my boat at a great price.

It took me zero effort to insure my boat using the online form. On the following day I received a friendly phone call from Craftinsure to confirm some details about my boat so that I get the correct level of insurance and not overpaying for the premium. I've been a happy customer for well over a year now. It was the most affordable price too. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026

Good Cost

Thankfully not had to make any claims so don’t know about that side…..As for cost can’t be beaten (last 6 years), very easy to use their website and on the odd occasion when I spoke to them knowledgeable and friendly. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026

Straightforward insurance .. sometimes had a bit of trouble with online access .. not had to claim - so cannot comment on that .. I'm not sure that they are value for money but I tend to stick with what I know Reviewed on: 16th July 2026

We have used CraftInsure for both of our boats and would t use anyone else. Their customer service is excellent with calls answered quickly and in person.
