It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Rather limited. The Company has maintained my insurance at reasonable premiums and without a fuss at renewal each year. I am unlikely to look to move to any other company so long as your company wants my business. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
