It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

As a first time boater, and having purchased an older boat, I was horrified to learn that some insurance companies will not insure an older boat, even though the boat is sound, and easily passed it's BS certificate. I've had trouble free, easy and simple insurance since late 2016. I've had no reason to complain. It automated my renewal and gave me plenty of notice so I frankly am very comfortable with craftinsure. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
