It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Recent changes to ownership equals higher premiums?

Never having made a claim in my 13 years I cant comment fully on this company. Always found them simple to deal with and until the latest change of owners the premiums have stayed reasonable. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025

Craftinsure - always the best!!.

Fortunately we have been favoured in that we have excellent Insurers, the prices have always been very good, and the staff have always been superb. Our Craftinsure insurance has often proved to be better than many others. Many friends have been recommended to this great company and they have been pleased to take our advice and they have insured their own boats with Craftinsure. I have not yet had need to make a claim but, should I need to, I feel confident that my claim will be dealt with quickly and fairly, based on the ease of arranging insurance initially, competitive pricing, fair and reasonable terms and the ease of renewing over several years. Craft insurance have provide insurance for 20years on my bots, ranging from cruisers on the Thames, to narrowboats on the K&A and the S Oxford. The website is easy to use and renewals have always been good. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
