It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I tried to get them to respond to my request but I was ignored. This was regarding severe damage to my boat. I didn't think that they would pay me anything but I wanted to check and ultimately they just did not respond. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025

Auto-renewal - auto price hike - NO!

When all my friends were receiving increases in their annual boat insurance from their insurers, our Craftinsure renewal was even better value than last year’s. No, I did not have to call and haggle; it was simply a lower amount at the auto-renewal. Very impressed. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
