It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Simple process with clearly speaking people no fuss and no lengthy waits on the telephone which can be frustrating.. no escalator managers as the person on the phone knew the products I’ve experienced with some other companies the attendant needed to go to the managers several times which took very long durations to do so .. They use both digital and human connective methods of communicating which.helps me keep up to date with their incentives but also keeps my policy up to date and maintained safely in my GDPR file.
