It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

An all round great company .

I have always had very good service from Craftinsure . Reminders for renewing if wanted are prompt, staff are very helpful, insurance is great value for money as premiums stay affordable and don't get increased massively as other types of insurance seem to after first year! Rather limited. The Company has maintained my insurance at reasonable premiums and without a fuss at renewal each year. I am unlikely to look to move to any other company so long as your company wants my business. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
