It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

This is a fair to deal with company and have nice staff. I won't be renewing ever again as policy required is no longer available to me. 23 yrs thank you but in a few weeks I will be forced to leave as my boat is to old. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025
