It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Excellent all round!

I tend to buy my boat insurance on price and CraftInsure are the most competitive. I've saved a lot switching from my previous provider. I never thought I'd have to make a claim but when I did earlier in the month, they dealt with my claim quickly and effciently and made a prompt payment with no quibble.
