It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Craft insurance have provide insurance for 20years on my bots, ranging from cruisers on the Thames, to narrowboats on the K&A and the S Oxford. The website is easy to use and renewals have always been good. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025

I tried to get them to respond to my request but I was ignored. This was regarding severe damage to my boat. I didn't think that they would pay me anything but I wanted to check and ultimately they just did not respond. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
