It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

The renewal price had increased...however !!!

Whilst the renewal price had increased, I contacted customer service and had a chat, explained I was a very happy loyal customer of 15 years and if they could re-visit the renewal quote I may accept the price - a new acceptable price was offered so I went ahead and paid in full, the employee was very professional and had a good way of speaking to customers Reviewed on: 10th September 2025
