It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Replaced a broken mast with no hesitation.

A few years ago I accidently broke my mast moving my boat ashore. Craftinsure provided an excellent service in paying for a replacement mast and standing rigging. There was no increase in my premium the following year. Reviewed on: 10th September 2025

We have been with craftinsure for approximately 7 years now, having been recommended by our first boat's previous owner. The prices are good and the cover is just what we need.
