It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I have not regretted changing to CraftInsure.

I have not regretted changing to CraftInsure. They were responsive and efficient and the whole process was completed very quickly. I was reassured that they seemed to know the boat type. I keep the boat in France and it was a simple matter to get a policy extension. I have no hesitation recommending this company and have done so many times on the Drascombe FB page.
