It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

When we made a claim it was paid out promptly. The cost of insurance is very competitive and it it easy to discuss your policy requirements with the staff. Our current boat is covered by Craft Insure and we are happy with the cover that's been provided by our policy. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Very easy to insure my boat, easy to keep the rolling insurance and I like that there is minimal emailing, no external bombardment of sponsors. It's a lovely quiet, simple and effective insurance company. No nonsense which I like. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
