It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Since moving to Rape they've become untrustworthy.

Since moving over to the new company Rape they've become a typical insurance company, trying to rip you off at any chance given. When you have to argue and speak to a manager to confirm something that is written in black and white but the company tries to default on. Used to be decent but really have to watch out for them now. Have been with craftinsure for a few years, only making one claim during that time and it was dealt with promptly and with no hassle. Recent price increases of more than double over two years have soured that experience somewhat. Reviewed on: 19th August 2025
