It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Marina incident.

I had an incident within my marina where my narrowboat damaged the pontoon electrical equipment. I sent details to Craftinsure and the marina management and the issue was settled quickly and efficiently by Craftinsure. Reviewed on: 19th August 2025
