It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Very disappointed in how I perceive Ripe is milking the loyal Craftinsure customer base they have bought. Premiums have rocketed- then they have the gallvto charge a £15 "administration fee" for running their computer! Craftinsure were excellent. Unimpressed+++ by Ripe. Reviewed on: 20th August 2025
