It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Absolutely brilliant, however, would really like the option to be a barge within the online system, I think you could get many more customers with this option. Some of us don't like being narrow boats when we're not. Reviewed on: 20th August 2025
