It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Craftinsure have provided me with excellent coverage on my narrowboat at a reasonable rate, and when I have needed to get in touch with customer support they have been very helpful.
