It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Craft insure as a separate entity was fine for us. We had already paid a deposit when taking our narrowboat insurance out three years ago. When they joined hands with ripe we were forced to pay another deposit at time of renewal which I feel was greedy and not needed Reviewed on: 19th August 2025

Cost less than expected and completed professionally

I was advised that the boat insurance was due for renewal just before attending a major national event. To my surprise, the costs were much better than I had expected and the transaction was completed extremely professionally and in good time. Reviewed on: 19th August 2025
