Review of the Doshi app, Personal finance app:

My Experience with Doshi App...

5
I stumbled upon the Doshi app while browsing for ways to improve my financial literacy. I’ve always wanted to understand money better—things like budgeting, investing, and credit scores—but most of the resources I found were either too complicated or boring. Doshi was different. Right from the start, the app felt fun and easy to use. It has short lessons, almost like Instagram stories, and they cover a range of topics—everything from how to manage your paycheck to what cryptocurrency is. What stood out to me was how interactive it was. You’re not just reading; you're answering quizzes, doing challenges, and even earning points. One feature I liked the most was the reward system. As I completed lessons, I earned Doshi coins, which I could use to enter giveaways and unlock new content. It made learning feel like a game, which kept me coming back. After using it for a few weeks, I noticed I was thinking differently about my spending. I started tracking where my money was going and even set up a budget for the first time. I also learned the basics of investing, something I always found intimidating before. The app is clearly designed for younger people, maybe teens and students, but honestly, it worked for me as an adult too. It breaks down complex financial concepts into bite-sized pieces without making you feel dumb. Overall, Doshi helped me build confidence around money, and I’ve recommended it to a few friends who are just starting to take control of their finances. If you're someone who wants to learn about money in a simple, engaging way, I'd definitely say give Doshi a try. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

Most of life does not unfold in grand, cinematic scenes. Instead, it plays out quietly in kitchens at dawn, on park benches in the afternoon, and under blankets at night while we scroll through our phones, half-dreaming of better versions of ourselves. If you asked people to name the best day of their life, they’d probably tell you about a wedding, the birth of a child, a graduation, or maybe a triumphant moment of career success. But if you asked them to describe their real life, the texture of their days, it would be made up of smaller moments — the ones that almost slip by unnoticed. Consider, for a moment, your last Tuesday. You might struggle to remember it. Maybe you woke up late because you hit snooze too many times. You drank coffee, not because you love it — although maybe you do — but because it’s part of your ritual. You went to work or school or just sat at your desk at home, glancing at the clock, counting the hours until you could return to your real life, the one that begins when the day’s obligations end.
