Happy Customers

We have been With East Kilbride Credit Union for over 25years and we have used them for a for a number of reasons Furniture,Holidays and even one occasion helping family. In that instance they were sympathetic to our situation and helped us find best way to solve the problem which we really appreciated at the time. We have always found the staff to be friendly courteous and efficient and would have no hesitation in recommending them in fact a few of our friends are now members on our recommendations in the past. Every time I’ve been into East Kilbride credit union...

Every time I’ve been into East Kilbride credit union everyone is always so welcoming and friendly, very informative when you have any questions. I look forward to dealing with them they make it easy and pleasant to deal with when I’ve applyied for a loan which I have done a few times. The last time I got a loan to go to Canada as one of my sisters had been diagnosed with dementia, I was able to go very quickly and spend time and help my sister which I am eternally grateful to East Kilbride credit union for all their support, advise and understanding. Been a member for years!

I have taken a number of loans with East Kilbride Credit Union over the years and every time staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable about their own organisation. Now the modern way is online and again any problems staff have always been quick to respond and help sort out which is more often than not a problem at my end.
