Caring in Finance

I've been with the East Kilbride credit union for a number of years now. They always have brilliant customer service. And I won't have been able to get past Christmas's in. I have been struggling with my finances recently and they always help me with a speedy response and are always willing to listen and help. I think the staff are very well trained in their field, they know how to do the job well, efficiently & are always professional as well as being sympathetic to their customers needs. The best for saving

Excellent Customer Service

I have been with the credit union for around 6 years. Any time I have phoned or popped into the branch I have been greeted with lovely customer service. The staff are keen to do their best and answer any queries I have, they also serve me with kindness and take an interest in my life. I have never had a bad experience. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024
