Friendly staff and value for money

The friendly staff are always available for queries, big or small. You can drop in person and call them, find they're good with timescales and keep you updated if don't know the answer immediately. Staff make sure you know your options, and best choices for you. Trust the credit union to keep my money secure. Reviewed on: 26th June 2025

When customers come into East Kilbride Credit Union, they always say how nice it is to get service with a smile. They say that the Credit Union in East Kilbride is like a little gold mine because there is no where in East Kilbride that we can save a little every week and see it mount up. Saving made affordable

I have been saving with the EKCU for over 30 years now. They are a fantastic organisation to save with. I like to support this organisation because they made it very affordable for me to save small amounts when I had very little money coming in 30+ years ago. EKCU has supported me through tough times in my life when I could get a secured loan against my savings, and pay back an amount that was affordable to my income. Their service is all about helping people and making it affordable whether it is to save small amounts regularly, or to get an affordable loan and not rip you off with vast APR charges. Saving with benefits

Getting a loan is reasonably worry free process. You can save as little as you can afford and use that money to secure a loan. Great for those unexpected Bill's.
