My experience when contacting GJW direct was excellent.

My experience when contacting GJW direct was excellent. I got through quickly and spoke with a friendly person who was able to answer my questions fully and gave me helpful advice about another matter. I did find a cheaper quote for my boat insurance but the co Ed wasn’t as comprehensive and I am more than happy to pay a little bit more for the quality of service I received. I felt reassured that in the event of having to make a claim, I would be ‘looked after’. Would definitely recommend GJW for boat insurance. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026

After many years of insuring narrowboat, still a competitive renewal quote, simple to renew online, job done! Documents securely held online but easy to access to either view or download copy. Happy to recommend insurer. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026

Renewal of policy

We are repeat customers we always find GJW to be friendly and prompt with any questions we have had plus when renewing our policy it has been a fair price, the only problem we have in counted is we couldn’t add a bike to our policy. Overall we are happy with our policy. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026
