Customer service technology from the dark ages

It took forever to get through on the phone, when I finally did I got cut off, I then had to go through it all again. Finally someone to talk to about my renewal... "Oh we will have to call you back". I had the same experience when first insuring my other boat, it took weeks as the make and model wasn't on the website. Just all a bit Micky Mouse in this day and age of technology. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025

Trust GJW every time! 5* service and value for money

GJW have been brilliant. Their people are fantastic with specialist industry knowledge - nothing is too much trouble. Non of the “computer says no” nonsense of other providers. They keep you up to date of progress and are quick to respond. Their prices are really competitive and their tech platforms are user friendly and innovative. I recommend them to all my friends. I have insured with GJW now for more than two decades and have found their services excellent. Premiums are competitive it is always possible to speak to a member of staff using the phone which is unusual these days so thank you GJW Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
