Despite having previous rejections from larger known companies, MCF were willing to offer assistance at an affordable rate. The process was easy. I filled in my details and how much I needed to borrow and then the next day the funds were in my account. I’ve managed to pay off all credit cards and now have one set payment . So good. Reviewed on: 18th April 2024

I am happy with My Community Finance as a broker. However, the customer service isn’t that great compared to their competitors. The staff don’t seem to be interested or willing to help and information is limited when querying certain matters. Reviewed on: 17th April 2024
