NACO have been fabulous

NACO have been fabulous in the 2 years I have been with them. Whilst I have had no issues as yet any questions I have had about insurance have been answered quickly and concisely. My Mam has an oxygen machine that I knew would need some support with around the insuring of the caravan if and when she came up to visit and the staff at NACO took immediate ownership of my questions. That answered all really quickly and at the times they said they would. Fabulous service all round. Reviewed on: 7th October 2024

This was my first time of using NACO for static caravan insurance, excellent and very friendly and helpful staff. I inadvertently asked for my insurance to be paid by direct debit, I phoned them to explain I wanted to pay in full and they couldn't have been more helpful Reviewed on: 7th October 2024

Excellent cost effective support for owners

When we bought our static 4 years ago we were faced with all sorts of new problems and no-one to ask. Foremost of these was a new lease for the site and all that entailed. Searching the internet we were lucky enough to find NACO who gave us brilliant support and advice and were so knowledgable. We took out membership straight away, for the price we just had to, since then we have received information updates and invaluable advice that has made our ownership much more enjoyable. They have a wealth of knowledge and it’s there when you need it and you know at sometime you will need it! Reviewed on: 7th October 2024

I contact by landline and the colleague is always very pleasant and helpful and although given new quotes by post, ensures that it is the correct cover for us and would meet our needs should the inevitable occur.
