Always been spot on.

Northern Community are brilliant

I have been with Credit Union now Northern Community bank for years now and they are fantastic they help me with holidays birthdays Christmas's and many other things. The great thing is you can save aswell as paying a loan back aswell which is brilliant Reviewed on: 27th May 2026

Long term customer perspective

I have been a customer for over a decade now, I have watched them evolve, seen their technology changes, and despite them competing well with other financial institutions, they keep the edge because the personal service is always there. The staff go above ans beyond, the loans service os quickly underwritten and paid out. The only way I think they could improve is more manual underwriting and a little more risk tolerance towards financially stable customers with historic credit problems..They are not alone in this approach, but I think looking at established account conduct for existing customers should be a more important factor than past credit difficulties. Its a community financial organisation, and it risks alienating people if it underwrites more stringently than high street banks Reviewed on: 27th May 2026

Fantastic service

Been a member since 2018, the service is amazing. Staff are always polite and helpful. The process is quick and simple usually have my loan on the same day. Have also been able build up a large sum in savings. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
