They’re not FCA regulated and although they clearly contract via the service providers, they believe the FCA status means Section 75 doesn’t apply to them when the service providers goes into liquidation before the service is complete! Reviewed on: 30th June 2025

I found it really helpful when my circumstance changed and I found myself having to start fresh, which included having to floor my new home. I did not have the capital to do this in one go, but Pay It Monthly allowed me to spread this over 6 months and this reduced a lot of stress. It allowed me to settle in to my new home, with the space to deal with other changes and demands. It was very straightforward, and a simple process. Reviewed on: 29th June 2025
